In this role, you will support our Swedish-speaking clients by providing expert guidance and assistance to enhance their online shopping experience. You will play a vital role in helping customers navigate our digital store platform, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

As an Online Store Adviser, your duties will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering tailored recommendations to optimize their shopping journey. This role demands a customer-focused approach and strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist Swedish-speaking customers with online store navigation, orders, and payments
-   Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
-   Provide guidance and product information to enhance customer experience
-   Manage communication through multiple channels including chat, email, and phone
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with other teams to support smooth online store operations
-   Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and online store policies

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
