Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Cybersecurity Company, based in Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, guiding them through cybersecurity solutions and addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.

Your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring that clients receive high-quality assistance related to their cybersecurity needs. You will help customers understand products, resolve technical issues, and ensure their peace of mind in an increasingly digital world.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity products and services
-   Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and technical support requests
-   Resolve customer issues efficiently and advocate for customer needs within the company
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions for complex issues
-   Gather feedback from clients to enhance our services and cybersecurity offerings
-   Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
-   Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity, is preferred
-   Able to manage multiple inquiries while delivering high-quality service
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
