In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers, managing airline bookings and assisting with travel-related inquiries.

Your fluency in French and passion for travel will enable you to deliver clear, professional assistance, ensuring customers experience smooth and hassle-free booking processes. ### Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer service in French handling airline booking inquiries
-   Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and travel documentation
-   Resolve booking issues and customer complaints professionally and efficiently
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to ensure timely and correct bookings
-   Keep up-to-date with airline policies and travel regulations to assist customers effectively

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
