Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Subscription-Based Services Department! In this key role, you will provide top-notch assistance to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate our subscription services and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist customers in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding subscription inquiries and issues
-   Guide clients through the subscription process, including sign-ups, cancellations, and account management
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our support system
-   Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
-   Educate customers on service features, updates, and best practices
-   Gather feedback to help inform product improvements and innovations
-   Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and subscription services

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required.
-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based services or consumer-facing roles
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
-   A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
-   Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools is a plus
