Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian Customer Agent to join a dynamic team providing exceptional support for subscription-based services in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers with their subscription inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

### Responsibilities
