### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels
-   Assist clients with questions related to transactions, platform features, and account management
-   Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
-   Provide guidance on best practices for using the online marketplace
-   Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve our services
-   Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and industry trends

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
