### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
-   Troubleshoot customer issues and assist with the installation and configuration of smart home devices
-   Educate clients on product features and provide guidance on effective usage
-   Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues effectively
-   Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our offerings and services

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak and English, with strong communication skills
-   Exceptional customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach
