As a Partner Technical Solutions Consultant with German and English, you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

-   Assist partners with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via ticketing system and regular outbound calls
-   Deliver outstanding partner service
-   Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
-   Identify and understand partner needs
-   Work as a trusted point of contact for partners

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **German** (spoken and written).
-   Good command of **English** (minimum B2 level).
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Interest in technology, software, and technical troubleshooting.
-   Comfortable working with computers, technical platforms, and multiple software applications.
-   Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-   Previous experience in technical support, IT, customer success, partner support, or consulting is an advantage but not required.
-   Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
-   EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
