Hi there!

We are seeking a Program Lead to join one of our U.S. We're looking for someone who can drive operational excellence, manage BPO relationships, lead process improvements, and serve as a strategic partner to key stakeholders.

This is a **hybrid position**, offering a combination of in-office and remote work.

**Responsabilities**

·       Streamline communication for clients and partners to enable business success.

·       Respond and communicate promptly to all inquiries from clients and partners.

·       Collaborate with various parties up to executive levels to define strategic scope / improve KPIs.

·       Provide innovative solutions to overcome business challenges.

·       Identify risks and proactively engage senior management to resolve them.

·       Build cooperative relationships with clients and partners.

·       Perform status tracking, efficiency analysis, resource allocation, data analysis, change log management, and overall process management support.

## Requirements

·       English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Data-driven individual with a keen analytical mindset

·       Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills

·       Ability to build and strengthen all interpersonal relationships with co-workers, clients, and partners Driven to learn and absorb information at a rapid pace

·       Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations and environments

·       Able to think creatively and present out-of-the-box solutions

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·       Prior experience in program management, business analysis, consulting, and/or call centers.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, and similar majors
