Hi there!

Our client, a fintech based in US is seeking for a highly curious and execution-focused **AI Integration & Agentic Workflow Lead** to drive the discovery, prototyping, and deployment of AI-powered automation across the business.

This is not a traditional engineering role. Instead, you will operate as a connector between business, AI, and DevOps, owning rapid proof-of-concepts (POCs), evaluating tools, and scaling agentic workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making.

## Requirements

**AI Integration & POC Execution**

·      Own end-to-end execution of AI and automation POCs, from idea to validation

·      Rapidly test tools, frameworks, and agentic workflows to solve business problems

·      Iterate quickly prioritize speed, learning, and business impact over perfection

**Agentic Workflow Design & Automation**

·      Design and implement agentic workflows using modern AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation platforms)

·      Identify opportunities to automate repetitive or manual processes across teams

·      Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

**Business Translation & Cross-Functional Collaboration**

·      Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams

·      Translate business pain points into actionable AI use cases

·      Partner closely with DevOps to ensure solutions are practical, secure, and cost-effective

**KPI Tracking & Board-Level Support**

·      Define and track KPIs for AI initiatives (e.g., time savings, cost reduction, adoption)

·      Support leadership and Board-level visibility into AI initiatives and impact

**Cost & Tool Optimization**

·      Evaluate tools and architectures with a strong focus on cost efficiency

·      Make decisions on build vs. buy vs. integrate approaches

·      Collaborate with dedicated DevOps resources to optimize deployments

·      Highly proactive and self-driven

·      Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast iteration cycles

·      Strong communicator who can influence across teams

·      Focused on business impact, not just technical output

**Skills & Requirements**

·      Bachelors Degree in STEM

·      2–6 years of experience in AI, automation, operations, or technical strategy roles

·      Strong ability to connect dots across business and technology

·      Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow systems

·      Experience building or supporting POCs or internal tools

·      Strong problem-solving and execution mindset

**Preferred** 

·      Exposure to agentic AI workflows, RAG systems, or LLM-based tools

·      Basic programming knowledge (Python or similar) not required to be strong

·      Experience working with DevOps or deployment processes

·      Experience in fintech or data-driven environments
