## Description

PT. Karangmas Sejahtera is looking for vigilant and responsible Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any security incidents.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Maintain security and order throughout all company premises.
-   Control access for employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company procedures.
-   Safeguard company assets, both physical and non-physical.
-   Conduct routine patrols within the work area to ensure a safe and secure environment.
-   Enforce company regulations and applicable security procedures.
-   Prevent criminal activities such as theft, vandalism, and other security violations.
-   Respond to emergency situations, including fire incidents, workplace accidents, and other security disturbances.
-   Prepare incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
-   Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities (such as police, fire department, etc.) when necessary.
-   Ensure all security systems are functioning properly and effectively.
-   Protect company goods, facilities, and properties from damage or loss.
-   Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors in a professional manner.

## Requirements

-   Minimum education requirement: Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
-   Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Officer.
-   Possession of a Gada Pratama certification will be an advantage.
-   Physically fit and in good health condition.
-   No criminal record.
