## Description

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Generalist to join our growing team at the Midplaza Building in Sudirman, Jakarta. This role will be involved in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and people development, while supporting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.  
  
**Responsibilities:**

**HR Operations & Recruitment**

-   Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, offering process, and new employee orientation.
-   Support manpower fulfillment by coordinating with hiring managers to ensure recruitment timelines and hiring needs are achieved effectively.
-   Ensure smooth onboarding administration and employee documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**HR Administration & Compliance**

-   Handle daily HR administrative activities, including employee data management, personnel documentation, and HR correspondence.
-   Ensure all HR administration processes are properly maintained and aligned with applicable labor regulations and company policies.
-   Prepare and manage various HR-related letters and administrative documents to support operational needs.

**Training & Employee Development**

-   Support the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee competencies and performance.
-   Coordinate training schedules, maintain training records, and prepare training reports and related documentation.
-   Assist in monitoring training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.

**Payroll & Employee Benefits Administration**

-   Support monthly payroll processes by ensuring attendance records, reimbursement data, and other payroll-related documents are completed accurately and on time.
-   Administer employee health insurance and private insurance processes, including enrollment, updates, and coordination with insurance providers.
-   Assist employees with benefit-related administration and inquiries.

**Employee Engagement & Internal Activities**

-   Support employee engagement initiatives and internal office activities to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
-   Assist in preparing employee engagement surveys, reports, and activity documentation.
-   Coordinate internal events, communication initiatives, and employee-related programs.

**HR Operations Support & Continuous Improvement**

-   Provide operational HR support for day-to-day administrative and employee matters.
-   Assist in maintaining effective HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
-   Support the HR team in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across all functions.

## Requirements

-   Strong understanding of HR operations and administrative processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, payroll support, and employee engagement.
-   Comfortable using digital tools, HRIS, Microsoft Office, and creative platforms for internal communication and presentation materials.
-   Good knowledge of HR documentation, reporting, and database management with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different teams and organizational levels.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in handling multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
-   Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to daily HR operations.
-   Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
