## Description

One of our business, Ghia Farms, is looking for General Manager of Operations who will lead the Sales and all of Operation Department as below detail:

-   Managing all of department's including sales, operations, and support
-   Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets
-   Monitor and analyze business performance metrics
-   Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
-   Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
-   Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
-   Increase the operational efficiency, communication, consistency and profitability in all departments
-   Stay updated on industry developments and changes to adapt business strategies accordingly

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Sales Manager or similar role
-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-   Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
-   Ability to manage people
-   Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
-   Self-motivated and target-driven
-   Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, & AR
