## Description

Millennium Enterprise Corporation (MEC) is looking for an experienced **SharePoint and Power Platform Developer** to design, build, and support enterprise collaboration and automation solutions. This role blends hands-on development, solution design, and end-user enablement in a mission-driven environment.

_What You'll Do_

-   Craft, develop, and enhance **enterprise SharePoint solutions** (encompassing client, group, and site collections)
-   Create **SharePoint-enabled applications** that align with business goals and mission objectives
-   Design and sustain innovative solutions in **SharePoint Online**
-   Construct **custom workflows, automation processes, and data exports** to facilitate reporting and analytics
-   Oversee and organize **site content, document libraries, lists, and permissions**
-   Utilize **Power Platform tools** (such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to enhance SharePoint functionality
-   Convert business needs into technical solutions through prototypes and detailed specifications
-   Assist in deployments, configurations, and the ongoing administration of the platform
-   Deliver **end-user training, comprehensive documentation, and best practices**
-   Engage in stakeholder meetings focusing on site content, enhancements, and governance
-   Adhere to **Change and Configuration Management** processes

## Requirements

-   **Senior-level** experience with **SharePoint development and administration**
-   Strong understanding of **custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration**
-   Experience with **Power Automate and Power Apps** (Power BI a plus)
-   Knowledge of **HTML/CSS** and SharePoint design tools
-   Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
