We are currently recruiting for a **BDC Representative** for our growing Internet Sales and Marketing Department in **Lumberton, NJ.** Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and be self-motivated.

## Requirements

**You Will:**

-   Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
-   Provide a first point of contact to all incoming sales leads.
-   Market to prospective and previous customers via e-mail text and phone.
-   Prepare for and schedule sales appointments.
-   Build and maintain client relationships though our CRM system.

**You Have:**

-   _**Ability to Work:**_

-   Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM; Friday from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM; 1 Saturday Per Month

-   High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education.
-   Strong social skills with customer service experience.
-   Previous phone sales or CRM experience is a plus but not required.
-   Strong verbal and written skills.
-   Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly.
-   Team-oriented with a career mindset.
