### The Role & The Challenge

We’re looking for **Senior .NET Software Engineer** with at least 5 years of experience.

You’ll be joining a collaborative space where your expertise in **.NET 8** will help us navigate the complexities of enterprise-scale applications. You won't just be maintaining systems; you'll be sculpting high-performance architectures, orchestrating data through **Kafka**, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in **Kubernetes**.

## Requirements

### You’ll be a Great Fit If...

-   **English is your second nature:** Our playground is global. You’ll need **strong English communication skills** to collaborate daily with international clients and teammates. Being able to explain complex ideas clearly is just as important as writing clean code.
-   **You speak .NET fluently:** You’ve been in the trenches for a while (let’s say 5+ years) and you know your way around .NET 8 like the back of your hand.
-   **You’re an Event-Driven Architect:** You don't just send messages; you design flows. You know how to make **AWS SNS and SQS** dance in harmony.
-   **Infrastructure is Code to you:** You wouldn't dream of manual setups. **Terraform** is your tool of choice for building stable, repeatable environments.
-   **You’re a Testing Enthusiast:** You believe in the safety net. **xUnit** is your best friend, and **WireMock** is your go-to for keeping dependencies in check.
-   **You value Performance:** You know that every millisecond counts, using **Redis or Valkey** to keep things lightning-fast.
-   **You Lead by Example:** You enjoy mentoring others and believe that the best architectural decisions are made together, over a (virtual) coffee.

### It’s a Total Bonus If...

-   You’ve played with **AWS Data Firehose** or **Data Streams** to move data in real-time.
-   You’re curious about the future and have experimented with **Python** or integrated **LLMs** into your workflow.
-   You’re already using **GitHub Copilot** or **ChatGPT** to speed up the boring stuff and focus on what matters.
-   You’re a natural communicator who thrives in **Agile** environments and loves solving puzzles in distributed systems.
