We are seeking a **Senior QA Engineer (Manual – RMS/WMS)** to join our growing team in Vietnam. In this role, you'll be embedded in a cross-functional team focused on mission-critical **Retail Management Systems (RMS)** and **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**. You’ll be responsible for test planning and execution, validating integrations, and ensuring accurate and reliable system behavior — especially in data-heavy workflows that support inventory and logistics.

Your strong SQL skills and understanding of retail operations will be key to navigating complex data structures and backend processes to ensure business-critical applications perform flawlessly.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual QA, preferably in enterprise environments.
-   Strong domain knowledge in **Retail Management Systems (RMS)** and/or **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**.
-   Proficient in SQL — able to write complex queries and validate datasets across relational databases.
-   Understanding of **retail or supply chain operations**, including stock control, fulfilment, order processing, and inventory movement.
-   Experience in validating **integration points between systems**, including data flows and business logic.
-   Ability to work independently within cross-functional Agile teams.
-   Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with tools such as **JIRA**, **Confluence**, **TestRail**, or similar platforms.
-   Fluency in English.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

-   Designing and executing detailed **manual test cases** for RMS and WMS applications.
-   Performing **data validation** using SQL across integrated backend systems.
-   Verifying integration points and data flows between systems (e.g., OMS, SAP, ERP).
-   Reviewing requirements with **Product Owners** and **Business Analysts** to define testing strategies.
-   Logging defects with clear documentation and following through to resolution.
-   Participating in **smoke**, **regression**, and **release validation** testing.
-   Contributing to test documentation, reports, and process improvements.
-   Understanding and testing real-world **retail workflows** such as stocktake, replenishment, and fulfilment.

**Compensation**

-   The maximum monthly gross salary for this position is 70 million VND. Final offers will be based on experience and alignment with the role's requirements
