**About Mindful Support Services**

We are a business to business support service for independent mental healthcare practitioners, which helps providers service a growing client base. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of sourcing leads, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. We have grown to support over 2,500 mental healthcare providers since we opened in 2011.

We have built the Mindful Therapy Group brand from the ground up with years of dedication to solving the complex processes of the healthcare landscape in innovative ways, creating a platform geared toward growth, and working to meet our mission of creating improved access to high quality mental healthcare.

**About the Role**

As we open our first Minnesota location, we're looking for someone excited by the opportunity to help launch something meaningful and foster a strong mental health community from day one. You'll play a key role in establishing our presence in a new market, building a local team, and creating a place where providers, clients, and employees can thrive.

This role is about more than managing an office. You'll help shape the provider experience, lead a team that supports them every day, and create an environment where clients feel welcomed and providers can build successful, sustainable practices.

As our first Office Manager in Minnesota, you'll have the opportunity to shape the office and team from the start. You'll have the support of an experienced leadership team while maintaining meaningful ownership over the success of the location. Because much of your day-to-day collaboration will happen virtually, we're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys solving problems, seeks support when needed, and is energized by helping grow a new office.

## Requirements

**Office Operations and  Facilities**

The office is more than a building. It's the experience our clients, providers, and employees have every time they walk through the door.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities, vendors, supplies, safety, and the details that keep everything running smoothly.
- Look for opportunities to improve the overall experience, whether that's solving a problem, improving a process, or making sure the office is a place people enjoy being in.

- Stay organized, think ahead, solve problems, and create an environment where people can do their best work.

**Team Leadership and Development**

You'll be responsible for building and developing a small local support team. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys developing people.

- Build trust, setting clear expectations, and creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.
- Meets people where they are at, recognizes that everyone learns differently, and knows how to help each person build confidence and new skills over time.
- Celebrate progress, give honest feedback, coach through challenges, and have difficult conversations when they're needed, always with the goal of helping someone be successful.

**Provider Partnership**

As we establish our presence in Minnesota, you'll help create the relationships and provider experience that will shape our reputation in the market. Every provider at Mindful runs their own private practice, so every provider comes with different goals, strengths, and challenges.

- Get to know the people behind the practice. You'll build relationships with your assigned provider cohort, understand what success looks like for each, and partner with them as they grow their practice.
- Review practice metrics together, identify opportunities, help providers work through obstacles, celebrate progress, and connect them with the tools, education, and resources available at Mindful.
- Build trust. The numbers help identify where support may be needed, but the conversations are where the real coaching happens.

### Qualifications

We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in leadership and a desire to continue growing.

You'll likely be successful in this role if you have:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience. We consider equivalent experience to be three or more years leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, service-focused environment such as healthcare, hospitality, retail, banking, fitness, hotel operations, customer service, or a similar industry.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing employees.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt as business needs change.
- Confidence working independently while staying closely connected with a virtual leadership team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.

### What Helps People Thrive in This Role

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people succeed and is energized by the opportunity to build something new.

You'll thrive here if you:

- Build trust through follow-through and accountability.
- Are open to feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate proactively, ask questions when needed, and keep others informed.
- Balance empathy with accountability while supporting the growth of others.
- Enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Care deeply about creating a positive experience for your team, providers, and clients.

- 75% coverage of Health, Dental & Vision benefits plan
- 401(k) savings plan with employer matching upon eligibility
- 8 paid holidays a year
