## Description

We are hiring a Senior Sales & Account Manager with experience in FMCG, Beauty and Wellness, to drive revenue growth and expand the UK customer base through hands-on account management and new business development.

This role is **sales-led**: you own customers, targets, and growth. Trade and in-store marketing are key tools used to unlock distribution, visibility, and sell-out, working in close alignment with the Head of UK Omnichannel, Digital team, and Communications team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**B2B Sales & Account Management (Primary Focus)**

-   Own and grow a portfolio of UK B2B and retail customers with full revenue accountability
-   Drive sell-in, distribution expansion, and account profitability
-   Develop and execute accounts growth plans and joint business plans
-   Proactively identify, pitch, and convert new accounts into sales
-   Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, listings, and promotional support
-   Build strong senior-level relationships with decision-makers at account organisations
-   Manage forecasts, pipelines, and sales performance against targets
-   Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account value
-   Lead account meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews
-   Ensure high account satisfaction and retention
-   Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for clients
-   Take full accountability for accounts performance and execution excellence
-   Trade & In-Store Marketing with large accounts
-   Use trade marketing strategically to support listings, launches, and account growth
-   Lead in-store activations, POS, promotions, and merchandising aligned to sales priorities
-   Ensure excellent retail execution that drives sell-out and ROI
-   Manage trade marketing budgets with a clear return-on-investment mindset
-   Act as a senior escalation point for key customers
-   Support and mentor junior team members or coordinators where relevant

## Requirements

-   6+ years’ experience in B2B sales, key account management, or commercial roles
-   Proven track record of driving revenue growth and winning new accounts
-   Strong experience selling into UK retail or B2B channels
-   Solid understanding of trade marketing and in-store execution as sales drivers
-   Confident negotiator with strong commercial and financial acumen
-   Highly target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
-   Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
-   Experience in FMCG, beauty, consumer goods, or retail-driven environments
-   Omnichannel or shopper marketing exposure
-   Budget and P&L responsibility
-   Leadership or mentoring experience

## Benefits

**Pay:** up to £60,000.00 per year / depending on experience
