## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Planning Engineer** to join our luxury construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning and project controls within high-end construction projects, with a proven track record of managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

**Previous experience working specifically as a Senior Planning Engineer in UAE is mandatory.**

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules from project commencement through completion.
-   Prepare baseline programmes, recovery programmes, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates.
-   Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, risks, and potential impacts.
-   Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates for management.
-   Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
-   Analyse project performance and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
-   Track critical path activities and ensure timely execution of key milestones.
-   Conduct delay analysis and assist in developing mitigation and recovery plans.
-   Review contractor and subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with project objectives.
-   Monitor planned vs. actual progress and maintain accurate project records.
-   Participate in project planning meetings and provide updates on programme status.
-   Support resource planning, productivity monitoring, and forecasting.
-   Ensure planning and reporting processes are aligned with project requirements and company standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-   Proven experience in planning and project controls within the construction industry.
-   Previous experience specifically serving as a Senior Planning Engineer is mandatory.
-   Experience working on luxury, high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, or premium construction projects is highly preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and project controls.
-   Advanced proficiency in **Primavera P6** is mandatory.
-   Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress measurement, critical path analysis, and delay analysis.
-   Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and project execution.
-   Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
-   Strong communication and coordination skills.
