## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Sales Team Lead** to lead the sales team for Mira Verde, driving direct sales and agency partnerships across the Tbilisi real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling premium residential properties, managing sales teams, and building relationships with real estate brokerage agencies.

## Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage the daily activities of the Sales Manager team, including setting targets, conducting daily stand-ups, and monitoring sales pipeline performance through CRM.
-   Personally manage key clients, high-value deals, and property viewings.
-   Drive sales across the full Mira Verde portfolio, including apartments, townhouses, and villas.
-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerage agencies across Tbilisi, driving sales through agency partnerships.
-   Achieve a target of **30 signed agency partnerships within the first 90 days**.
-   Organize and deliver presentations for broker groups in collaboration with the Broker Tour Manager.
-   Work closely with HR to recruit, onboard, and develop Sales Managers.
-   Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to Rezuan, covering pipeline performance, reservations, and closed deals.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of experience selling new-build or premium residential real estate in Tbilisi, with a proven track record of personally closed deals supported by measurable sales results.
-   At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team of 3 or more people, or working in a senior sales role with team mentoring responsibilities.
-   Hands-on experience managing sales pipelines and working with CRM systems.
-   Established network of contacts within the Tbilisi real estate brokerage community.
-   Proven experience generating sales through real estate agencies and broker partnerships.
-   Fluency in **Georgian, Russian, and English**.
