## Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Accountant** to join our café operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the café or food & beverage sector and the ability to manage financial processes that support daily operations, inventory control, and accurate financial reporting.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare, maintain, and review financial records related to café operations
-   Monitor cost control, perform reconciliations, and analyze variances in sales and inventory
-   Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock valuation
-   Use **Syrve** to manage technical cards, recipes, and inventory workflows
-   Maintain accounting records and generate financial reports using **Zoho**
-   Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial regulations
-   Collaborate with café management and operations teams to improve financial accuracy and efficiency

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an **Accountant in a café** (mandatory)

-   Hands-on experience with **Syrve**, including technical card setup and inventory management
-   Working knowledge of **Zoho** accounting software
-   Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-   High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
