# Sales Gallery Manager / Reception

## Description

We are looking for a Sales Gallery Manager to welcome clients at our showroom in Tashkent. You will be the first person visitors meet, so you will play a key role in their first impression of our projects and in passing them on to the sales team.

**Key responsibilities:**

-   Welcome visitors to the sales gallery and look after their comfort
-   Give clients a first introduction to our real estate projects
-   Book property viewings and meetings with sales managers
-   Enter client contacts and enquiry details into the CRM
-   Answer incoming calls and messages
-   Keep the showroom organised, presentation materials up to date and the space ready for clients
-   Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client events

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year of experience in a premium showroom, luxury retail, hotel reception or a similar client-facing role
-   A professional manner in line with a premium environment
-   Excellent attention to detail
-   Basic experience with a CRM or other client databases
-   Friendly and confident communication skills
-   Fluent Russian and fluent Uzbek
-   Working English
