## Description

We are seeking a highly professional and client-focused Medical Receptionist to join our premium aesthetic clinic in Al Barsha 2, Dubai.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a polished and well-groomed professional appearance, outstanding communication abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Welcome and assist patients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
-   Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
-   Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries promptly.
-   Register new patients and maintain accurate medical records.
-   Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
-   Process payments and issue invoices.
-   Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
-   Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
-   Assist with administrative duties and clinic documentation.
-   Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the clinic's high standards.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or salon, dermatology clinic, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, or healthcare facility is preferred.
-   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
-   Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
-   Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation suitable for a luxury client-facing environment.
-   Confident, approachable, and able to build rapport with patients.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-   Comfortable using appointment scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
