## Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Finance Manager / Financial Controller** to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic financial planning within our real estate development business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, leadership capabilities, and industry-specific experience.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management
-   Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management
-   Develop and manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets
-   Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
-   Manage financial controls, risk assessments, and internal audit processes
-   Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
-   Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and scenario analysis
-   Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency
-   Monitor project costing and profitability within real estate developments

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in **real estate or development** industry
-   Previous role at **Finance Manager or Financial Controller level**
-   Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
-   Hands-on experience with accounting software such as **Oracle, Zoho, QuickBooks**, or similar systems
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent leadership and communication abilities
