## Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team, with experience in financial accounting within the real estate development industry. Candidates with experience in the government sector will also be considered an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
-   Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
-   Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
-   Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
-   Ensure accuracy of financial documentation and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
-   Support budgeting, financial reporting, and audit processes.
-   Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   Previous experience as an Accountant.
-   Experience in real estate development is required.
-   Experience in the government sector is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-   Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
-   Strong analytical and organizational skills.
