## Description

We are looking for a hands-on IT Technical Specialist with broad experience in hardware, systems, and basic software support. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining IT equipment and providing fast technical support to users.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Install, configure, and troubleshoot **printers, laptops, desktops**
-   Maintain and support **CCTV systems, cameras, punch-in/biometric systems**
-   Install, update, and configure **software, drivers, and operating systems**
-   Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues
-   Unlock/reset passwords on locked computers (authorized cases only)

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in general IT technical support
-   Strong knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows)
-   Experience with CCTV and access/punch-in systems
