# Business Analyst

## Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst for an international company operating in the commodities trading industry with global business processes and distributed infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

-   Analyze and formalize business requirements from trading, risk management, and operations teams.
-   Configure and support CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP and global internal platforms.
-   Design and maintain data exchange flows between CRM, SAP, and other internal systems.
-   Develop management reports and dashboards in Power BI.
-   Automate data extraction and processing from multiple systems and sources.
-   Collaborate with developers on integrations, APIs, and ETL processes.
-   Prepare documentation, data flow diagrams, and user guidelines.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
-   Hands-on experience with CRM systems and ERP integrations.
-   Understanding of SAP architecture and integration principles.
-   Strong Power BI and SQL skills.
-   Understanding of the full trading/export operations lifecycle would be considered a plus.
-   English level: Intermediate+.
-   Russian language level: advanced.
-   Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
