## Description

We’re looking for a Lawyer with solid experience working in a **real estate development company.** The ideal candidate understands the legal framework surrounding development projects, company operations, and commercial contracts. You’ll support management on all legal matters related to the company’s projects, partnerships, and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

-   Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
-   Handle legal aspects of development projects and company operations.
-   Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
-   Advise management on legal risks and solutions.
-   Coordinate with external legal advisors and government entities when needed.
-   Support in dispute resolution and documentation management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
