### **Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Finance Controller / Finance Manager** to oversee financial operations for our growing real estate business in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
-   Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-   Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance of real estate projects
-   Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
-   Handle audits, tax filings, and financial risk management
-   Collaborate with senior management for strategic financial planning
-   Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
-   Optimize financial processes and cost efficiencies

## Requirements

-   Minimum **4–6 years of experience** in finance/accounting, preferably within **real estate**
-   Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
-   Proficiency in accounting software such as **Oracle, Zoho Books, QuickBooks**, or similar
-   Fluent in **English** (both written and spoken)
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   High attention to detail and organizational ability
-   Experience working in international or fast-paced environments is a plus
