## Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Head of Sales** to lead our expansion and revenue growth in Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing sales team while driving business development initiatives in the region.

This is a key leadership role for a professional who understands emerging markets, is target-driven, and can establish strong market presence.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
-   Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive performance
-   Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
-   Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
-   Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and optimize sales processes
-   Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with overall business goals

## Requirements

-   Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
-   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-   Experience in emerging markets (Central Asia experience is a plus)
-   Strong leadership and team management skills
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
-   Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
-   Fluency in English (Russian or Uzbek is a strong advantage)
