## Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, investment analysis, and real estate financial operations. This role will play a key part in driving financial strategy, managing cash flow, supporting investments, and ensuring the company’s long-term financial stability and growth.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
-   Manage company cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
-   Conduct financial analysis for real estate projects, investments, acquisitions, and developments
-   Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and ROI analysis for new projects
-   Monitor project profitability, cost control, and financial performance
-   Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
-   Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and accounting standards
-   Support senior management with strategic financial decision-making
-   Oversee MIS reporting and present financial insights to management
-   Work closely with sales, operations, and development teams on financial planning
-   Improve internal financial controls and reporting systems

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
-   CPA / ACCA / CMA / CFA qualification is preferred
-   **Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate finance management within the real estate industry (mandatory)**
-   Strong knowledge of financial modeling, investment analysis, and budgeting
-   Experience with real estate development finance and project feasibility analysis
-   Proficiency in accounting and ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar
-   Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
-   Strong communication and presentation abilities
-   Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools
-   UAE real estate market experience
-   Experience handling large-scale real estate projects or investment portfolios
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
-   Fluent in English
