## Description

We are a newly established real estate agency committed to building a high-performing team of real estate professionals. We are looking for an experienced **HR / In-House Recruiter** to lead our recruitment efforts, establish HR processes, and support the growth of our sales team.

_**Key Responsibilities**_

-   Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate agents and corporate staff.
-   Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
-   Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate professionals.
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
-   Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the selection process.
-   Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
-   Create and maintain recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation and processes.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency** is required.
-   Proven experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals.
-   Experience setting up recruitment and onboarding processes is highly preferred
