## Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Fit-Out Designer** to join our team in Dubai.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop creative space planning and interior fit-out concepts.
-   Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and presentation materials.
-   Produce detailed design drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
-   Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
-   Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
-   Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience in interior fit-out design, preferably in the UAE.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
-   Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction detailing.
-   Understanding of UAE building regulations and fit-out standards is an advantage.
-   Excellent space planning, technical drawing, and presentation skills.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
