## Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational accounting. This role will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, managing budgeting processes, improving financial controls, and supporting strategic business decisions.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Oversee day-to-day financial operations and accounting functions
-   Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
-   Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
-   Monitor company cash flow, project budgets, and operational expenses
-   Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
-   Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards
-   Manage audits, VAT filings, and coordination with external auditors
-   Implement and improve financial controls, systems, and reporting procedures
-   Track project profitability and financial performance across multiple real estate projects
-   Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams on financial planning and reporting
-   Support business growth through financial analysis and cost optimization initiatives

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-   CPA / ACCA / CMA qualification preferred
-   Minimum 5+ years of finance and accounting experience within the real estate industry
-   Strong understanding of real estate financial operations and project accounting
-   Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis
-   Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar
-   Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance
-   Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
-   Advanced Excel and reporting skills
-   UAE real estate market experience is highly preferred
-   Experience managing finances for developers, brokerages, or property investment firms
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
-   Fluent in English
