## Description

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of a premium Medical Aesthetics & Wellness clinic in Dubai. This is a senior management role for a strong operator with proven experience managing clinics with high monthly turnover and working in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.  
  
Key Responsibilities:

\- Full control of clinic operations and daily processes

\- Management of leads, sales funnel and conversions

\- Understanding and optimization of operational & sales systems (CRM, KPIs)

\- Acting as the right hand of the owner in operational and business matters

\- Coordination of medical and administrative teams

\- Ensuring high-level patient experience and revenue performance

## Requirements

\- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Manager or similar leadership role in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

\- Proven experience managing big turnovers

\- Strong understanding of medical aesthetics / wellness clinic operations

\- English level B2 or higher (Arabic is a plus)

\- Experience working with CRM systems, reporting, KPIs and financial tracking

\- Strong leadership and people management skills

\- Excellent communication and organisational skills
