# Americas HR Senior Vice President > Miracle-Ear · Minneapolis, United States · Full-time · Posted 2026-08-04 **Workplace:** on_site ## Description **Amplifon USA Inc. is seeking a full-time Americas HR Senior Vice President for its Minneapolis, MN office.** **Job Description:** 1. **Strategic HR Leadership:** Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives in the Americas region, ensuring alignment with the global HR vision and company values. 2. **Business Partnership:** Serve as a strategic advisor to regional business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development. 3. **Talent Management:** Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, employee development, and retention initiatives to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. 4. **Employee Experience & Culture:** Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Build a strong, cohesive culture across diverse geographies and teams. 5. **Compliance & Risk Management:** Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across all countries in the region. Manage risk by implementing sound HR governance, policies, and controls. 6. **Team Leadership:** Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR organization by attracting, selecting and retaining top-tier talent across a geographically distributed team across the Americas, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver strategic and operational excellence. Facilitate HR communications and reporting. 7. **Operational Excellence:** Oversee compensation and benefits, performance management, HR analytics, and systems implementation in coordination with global COEs (Centers of Excellence). 8. **Change Management:** Support organizational transformations, mergers/acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives as needed across the region. ## Requirements **Job Requirements:** 15 years of experience in the field of HR Management. The employee is required to travel up to 15% of the time. - 10 years of experience in national and international senior leadership teams, directly steering the HR agenda to support business results. - 10 years HR generalist with experience especially in business partnering and talent management (recruitment and development) ideally acquired in a fast-growing modern complex organization. - 10 years of experience in leading transformations, know-how in transforming an administrative HR organization to a high performing organization. - 10 years of strong business acumen with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. - 10 years of consulting with executives regarding policy decisions impacting internal regulations using critical thinking skills. - 10 years of experience leading ethical committees and HR related compliance topics internationally. - 10 years of experience in global management, including collaborating with individuals, executive leadership teams, and HR corporate teams across diverse roles and cultural backgrounds, within a complex organizational structure. - 5 years proven experience managing HR functions across multiple countries. Consolidated experience leading teams of HR professionals and managers. - 5 years of experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, global organization. - 5 years in a senior leadership role in international contexts. - 5 years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably with Oracle or comparable modules.
