## Description

Delivering clever things across a 240-ish person agency takes more than brilliant ideas - it takes someone who knows how to keep a dedicated crew of 30-40 hungry creative minds moving in the exact same direction without causing a multi-project bottleneck.  For close to two decades, Mito has been building and revamping enterprise digital ecosystems and crafting integrated campaigns for clients across Europe (and beyond) in industries ranging from banking, aviation, and telecommunications to lotteries and e-commerce. But keeping all those moving parts, creative capabilities, and tight deadlines running in perfect harmony requires a master conductor and deadline diplomat: a **Resource Manager.**

## Requirements

### Your tasks will be...

-   Coordinating internal and sometimes external creative capabilities in tight collaboration with the Client Service team.
-   Providing a clear, unified, and up-to-date picture of project statuses, pipelines, and upcoming resource needs (no crystal ball required).
-   Managing and resolving resource conflicts whenever competing demands arise.
-   Spotting timing, priority, and quality issues early on and handling them proactively so that stray blazes don’t turn into full-blown infernos.
-   Running smooth, daily syncs with Client Service and Capabilities teams.
-   Interacting continuously with experts and account team members across the right channels (primarily Scoro, chat, and meetings).
-   Ensuring predictable delivery and high quality through smart, structured resource planning.
-   Providing timely updates on organizational utilization and productivity in agreed-upon formats.

### We need you to have...

-   At least 3 years of client service experience (as an Account or Project Manager) in a creative agency environment. Previous experience as a Traffic/Resource Manager is a huge plus.
-   Fluency in Hungarian and solid English knowledge (both written and spoken), so you can seamlessly navigate cross-team chats and project syncs alike.
-   Familiarity with creative roles - you know who does what across design, tech, and copy, how long tasks actually take, and why "just make it pop" isn't an actionable brief.
-   Ability to effortlessly build relationships and connect the dots between different teams.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in speech and in writing.
-   Proactive problem-solving abilities - you know when to step in, when to pass the ball, and how to spot bottlenecks before they become roadblocks.
-   Great organizational skills, sharp situational awareness, and a naturally proactive, initiative-driven attitude.
