**Food & Beverage Manager - Mitsis Rodos Village**

**Region:** Rhodes, Kiotari

**Employment Type:** Permanent / Full-time

**Purpose**  
As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for all activities relating to the smooth operation of the department, maintaining high service standards, monitoring hygiene and safety rules, and achieving business objectives.

**Responsibilities**

-   Takes part in organizing, coordinating and supervising the daily operation of the hotel’s food and beverage departments
-   Works closely with the General Manager on the continuous improvement and promotion of the hotel’s services and operations
-   Takes part in the design of the menu, materials and equipment
-   Actively participates in the staffing process for the hotel’s positions, in accordance with company policy and the values of the group
-   Ensures that all F&B staff are properly trained in line with Mitsis Group standards and are able to carry out daily operations in their departments, offering top-quality service to our guests
-   Monitors guest satisfaction, with an emphasis on improving and developing services
-   Ensures the quantity and quality of all supplies and equipment in the F&B departments, and forecasts F&B needs effectively
-   Organizes and monitors the maintenance and repair of F&B department equipment
-   Coordinates the monthly inventories in line with the group’s internal procedures
-   Monitors the annual budget and takes corrective action when required, in cooperation with the General Manager
-   Keeps records and prepares reports on operating costs, budget and forecasts
-   Handles guest complaints effectively
-   Oversees compliance with ISO standards and procedures, and ensures the correct application of hygiene and safety rules in the F&B departments

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

-   Degree/diploma relevant to the field
-   10 years of experience in food service, of which at least 3 years in a comparable position of responsibility
-   Excellent knowledge of English
-   Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an additional qualification
-   Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, good knowledge of ERP and order-taking systems
