**Concierge Agent-KOS**

**Position Scope**

To ensure that we, along with our network of partners, provide efficient, prompt, and professional services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Operates the Mitsis Concierge platform.
-   Understands customer’s needs and provides personalized solutions regarding activities, facilities and services provided by the hotel.
-   Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements.
-   Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests' needs.
-   Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and/or related field (preferred).
-   Hospitality experience anticipating the needs of hotel guests is needed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
-   Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
-   Business fluency in spoken and written English (proficiency diploma required).
-   Knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.

-   Sales and business-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Customer service-oriented with impeccable communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
-   Ability to build strong working relationships and have an approachable and professional manner.
-   Strong initiative and proactiveness in a team environment.
