## Description

**Job Purpose:**

This role is to grow and develop a customer base within a set portfolio to exceed agreed sales targets. You are expected to represent Mitsubishi Electric to the highest of standards, creating a customer centric experience for our customers. This will include prospecting for new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

## Requirements

**Experience:**

-   Industry experience and knowledge would be an advantage but not essential, you will be expected to develop and maintain customer relationships and have the ability to represent the company in a multitude of situations.
-   Commercial experience and a proven sales track record would also be an advantage but not essential.
-   This role requires good communication, organisational and relationship building skills as well as being IT literate and having excellent telephone manner.

**Skills/Responsibilities:**

-   Achieve and exceed sales targets set.
-   Have regular contact with customers via the telephone.
-   Process customer quotes.
-   Answer any customer queries.
-   Assist with customer orders and deliveries.
-   Increase the number of trading customers with MEU-UK.
-   Increase customer spending frequency with MEU-UK.
-   Sell the full MEU-UK product range and upsell on all projects.
-   Create, develop, maintain and actively work through a target list of potential customers.
-   Work on new, non-spending and/or infrequent spending accounts and increase their spend.
-   To be responsible for the data relating to your customers.
-   Ensure that individual KPIs, measurements and tasks are completed and a structured sales process is followed.
