## Description

This isn't a script-reading role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems in real time, and treats every interaction as a representation of their client's brand.

At MyOutDesk, you'll work directly with a U.S.-based client as an extension of their team — not as one of hundreds of agents in a campaign. One client, consistent context, and a real professional relationship. Since 2008, we've placed highly-skilled professionals with over 7,500 U.S. clients. **What You'll Do**

-   Manage inbound and outbound calls with U.S. customers and partners with a polished, professional voice
-   Follow through on tasks and requests end-to-end — without needing to be chased
-   Perform accurate and timely data entry into CRM and operational tools
-   Meet and exceed daily KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and quality
-   Provide clear, actionable updates to U.S.-based stakeholders
-   Identify workflow gaps and contribute to SOPs and process documentation

## Requirements

-   **3+ years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or administrative support.**
-   **Stable work history: no more than 3 employers in the last 3 years.**
-   **U.S. Ecosystem Experience:** Prior experience working within or for North American business structures is a must.
-   **Language:** Fluent English and Spanish (clear, professional verbal and written skills).
-   **Technical Savvy:** Proficiency in the **Microsoft 365** environment (Teams, Outlook) and comfort learning new operational software.
-   **KPI-Driven Mindset:** A strong focus on results and the ability to maintain high productivity levels in a fast-moving environment.
-   Professional attitude and reliability.
-   Ability to work full-time in our San Isidro office.
-   Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
