**What You'll Do**

-   Conduct outbound calls to engage and qualify prospects on behalf of your U.S. client
-   Handle objections with composure and move conversations toward clear next steps
-   Set high-quality appointments and maintain a clean, well-documented sales pipeline
-   Build product and process knowledge to represent your client's brand with confidence
-   Collaborate with your client's team to refine your approach and improve conversion

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 3+ years of verifiable experience in **sales, SDR, lead generation, or appointment setting with exposure to U.S.-based clients or teams**
-   **English Fluency:** Advanced/Fluent English (C1-C2) suitable for U.S. corporate communication.
-   **Phone Confidence:** Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections with resilience and composure.
-   **Stable work history:** no more than 3 employers in the last 3 years
-   Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft 365
-   **Location:** Must be able to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
