MyOutDesk is looking for a Bilingual Legal Intake specialist to work directly with U.S.-based law firms across practice areas including personal injury, immigration, family law, and mass tort. You'll be the first voice a client hears — and the person responsible for making sure every detail of their intake is documented accurately from the start.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls — screen leads, open cases, and make clients feel supported from the first moment
-   Communicate with empathy and professionalism in both English and Spanish, guiding callers through next steps during stressful situations
-   Gather and document all required case qualifiers with complete accuracy
-   Open client files and manage intake workflows within the firm's case management system (Clio, FileVine, Litify, or similar)
-   Maintain organized, confidential client records in strict compliance with firm standards
-   Follow up on pending documentation, signatures, and outstanding case requirements
-   Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth handoff after intake

## Requirements

-   Experience with case management software (Clio, FileVine, Litify, or equivalent).
-   Bachelor's or technical degree in Law, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
-   2+ years of experience in legal intake, legal administration, or a closely related role supporting U.S.-based law firms or legal teams.
-   Familiarity with U.S. legal intake processes across at least one practice area (personal injury, immigration, family law, mass tort, or similar).
-   Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — professional, composed, and empathetic under pressure.
-   Stable work history: no more than 3 employers in the last 3 years
-   Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
