**Envolve Capital** is a specialist infrastructure fund manager licensed and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. We invest across Central and Eastern Europe in the sectors that fuel the region's next stage of growth – energy transition, digital, mobility and social infrastructure – building an institutional-level investment platform while driving a greener, more resilient future.

 Since starting out in 2017 (formerly as Modus Asset Management), we have launched four funds, concluded over 500 MW of M&A transactions and secured close to EUR 150m investors’ capital. We are part of the wider Modus Group, an international business operating in 12 European markets across renewable energy, mobility services, automotive and fund management, guided by a simple philosophy: invest in the future, trust green, and work smart.

 As we grow, we are looking for an **Investment Manager** to join our team in Vilnius.

**Your key responsibilities would be:**

-   Implementing fund investment strategy across our target sectors and markets
-   Originating and screening new investment opportunities
-   Leading valuation, financial modelling, due diligence and negotiations
-   Driving M&A transaction processes end-to-end through to closing
-   Structuring and executing project financing
-   Leading project implementation to operational stage
-   Mentoring and overseeing junior team members
-   Contributing to new investment ideas and fundraising initiatives

## Requirements

**What we are looking for:**

-   At least 5 years of experience in private markets investing, M&A, corporate finance or transaction advisory, ideally with infrastructure exposure
-   A university degree in finance, economics or a related field
-   CFA charter or a comparable qualification (an advantage)
-   A high performer who is results-oriented and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel
-   A collaborative team player, effective with both internal colleagues and external partners
-   Excellent English. Polish or another CEE language is an advantage

**Monthly salary:** 5785 - 7438 eur/month gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
