We're looking for a customer-focused **Project Manager** who enjoys building strong relationships with existing customers and coordinating day-to-day fleet operations.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

-   Managing relationships with existing customers and ensuring a great customer experience
-   Responding to customer enquiries, understanding their needs and resolving issues
-   Recommending suitable solutions based on customer needs
-   Preparing and managing contracts and keeping customer information up to date
-   Keeping sales records accurate and preparing regular reports
-   Taking care of the standing fleet together with the Fleet team — monitoring vehicle statuses, coordinating and organising any required work
-   Managing rental returns and resolving any issues related to returned vehicles

## Requirements

**We’re looking for someone who has:** 

-   Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
-   Experience in customer service, account management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
-   A proactive and hands-on mindset, with the ability to take ownership and get things done
-   Ability to manage challenging situations, solve problems and stay solution-focused under pressure
-   Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams
-   Fluency in Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)
-   Good Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
