We're looking for a customer-focused **Account Manager** who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers and driving sales. You'll ensure excellent customer service while identifying new business opportunities.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

-   Taking care of existing customers and building long-term relationships
-   Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
-   Understanding customers' needs and offering suitable solutions
-   Conducting active sales and identifying new business opportunities
-   Preparing and managing contracts and keeping customer information up to date
-   Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports

## Requirements

**We’re looking for someone who has:** 

-   Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
-   Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
-   Proactive mindset and confidence in turning opportunities into results
-   Ability to manage challenging situations and stay solution-focused under pressure
-   Fluency in Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)
-   Good Excel skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently
