We are currently seeking a **Project manager / Business Analyst** for **CityBee & MyBee**.

**Your main responsibilities will be:**

-   Analise business requirements, processes, suggest solutions and prepare project plans
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and communicate projects flow, status, problems and possible solutions
-   Create and maintain the product backlog. Ensure that the development team understands and implements the requirements effectively 
-   Engage with customers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure product alignment with market demands 
-   Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of product features 
-   Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and define KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Experience as a Project Manager, Product Analyst
-   Be familiar with and have experience in agile project management
-   Familiarity with product development and hands-on experience in analyzing product features
-   Capability to grasp complex technical concepts and articulate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
-   Good communication skills and demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketing, and business professionals
-   A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with effective planning skills
-   Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

**Salary**: From 3300 - 5780 Eur gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
