**Pay Rate:** $42.49 per hour + super

**Hours:** Full-time, Mon–Fri (Rosters: 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)

### **About the Role**

Do you have top-tier admin skills, razor-sharp attention to detail, and love working in a fast-paced environment?

We are looking for **five (5) personable, proactive, and organised Customer Records Administrators** to join our friendly, supportive team in Eagle Farm. In this fast-paced contract role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our Pacific business operations running seamlessly by processing contract variations and updating high-volume customer records sent through by our field sales team.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Load commercial contracts and enter data accurately for our Australia & New Zealand branches.
-   Process contract variations, updates, and customer record changes promptly.
-   Consistently meet daily KPIs and SLA turnaround targets.
-   Maintain strict data accuracy and follow internal policies, procedures, and protocols.
-   Collaborate with a bright, dynamic cross-functional team.

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   **Experience:** Background in data entry, contracts administration, or high-volume records management.
-   **Accuracy:** Meticulous attention to detail while working efficiently under pressure.
-   **Tech Savvy:** Strong computer literacy with ERP/CRM experience (Microsoft ecosystem preferred).
-   **Work Ethic:** Self-motivated, positive attitude, with great time management and communication skills.
-   **Availability:** Must be ready to start on **Monday, 3rd August** for group onboarding, and available for full-time on-site work in Eagle Farm. _(Flexibility for future weekday/Saturday overtime is a plus!)_
