We’re recruiting talkative, and caring team players to join us and make a difference. We’ll enhance your skills and experience to You'll be speak with likeminded supporters of causes which that matter to them. Conversations can be simple, challenging and rewarding. Cultivating trusting relationships with supporters is the main focus of the role.  With that comes the ability to fundraise and provide the best representation of the charity.</p>    <p><strong>Your responsibilities would include</strong></p>  <ul>  <li>Providing      quality customer service over the phone to supporters of our long-term      charity clients. </li>  <li>Representing      charities and advocating for the humanitarian, environmental, medical,      animal and social causes. </li>  <li>Provide multiple specialised services to donors for a range of      charities over the phone.</li>  <li>Using      our Contact Centre solution to make calls and accurately manage data for      our charities. </li> </ul>  <ul>  <li>Working effectively and part of a team      in a contact center environment.  </li>  <li>Achieving customer service KPI's around      productivity and quality. </li> </ul>    <p><strong>To be successful in this role</strong></p>  <ul>  <li>A      genuine desire to help those in need.</li>  <li>An      interest in philanthropy and charity work.</li>  <li>Ability      to communicate effectively over the phone to diverse communities of      donors. </li>  <li>Demonstrates      resilience in handling objections and problem solving. </li>  <li>Previous      customer service experience is desired.</li>  <li>Openness      to continually learn and develop. </li>  <li>Ability      to adhere to process when capturing information. </li> </ul>  <p></p>  <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>  <p>We provide 4-week training and induction program. This will ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to do the role. You’ll receive regular support and coaching from your peers and the leadership team.</p>    <p>We now have vacancies for permanent, full time and part time (50 hours per fortnight). You get to choose your own shift pattern which allows you to plan your life outside of work. We pay Call centre award rates, there is room for growth, learning opportunities and development! Opportunity to work from home is available to all employees after the probationary period is completed and achieving KPI's on a consistent basis. We can help you get there!</p>    <p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent</p>  <p>Salary: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year</p>
